LMH

The THK LMH is a compact, linear bushing used in combination with an LM shaft to provide straight line motion. It has the flange and outer cylinder are integrated and the flange is oval-shaped. This gives a lower core height, making this type more suitable for compact designs than the LMK type. To lengthen the product life, the balls of the linear bushing are embedded in two races to support the load from the flats. Ball elements in the loaded portion of the nut are arranged so that two rows receive the load from the flat side so that a long service life can be achieved. Elements are in point contact with the central shaft which allows for movement with minimal friction resistance while achieving highly accurate and smooth motion for light loads.
