Weight reduction of the housing is achieved by adopting a high-strength plastic instead of the conventional metal for the flange. Best utilized in a moving portion of an application. Containing two units of the standard retainer plate, this type is optimal for locations where a moment load is present.

THK LMJK-L has the same structure as the LMJK model including: Flange (high-strength plastic), external cylinder (metal), ball, retainer, seal snap ring, collar and just only one difference that is LM shaft of the LMJK model that’s longer. The THK LMJK of Linear Bushing is a linear motion system used in combination with a cylindrical LM shaft to perform infinite straight motion. Realize up to 25% weight reduction of the housing is achieved by adopting a high-strength plastic instead of the conventional metal for the flange.
