The DCMA Model Change Nut is a compact, sliding feed, screw capable of converting linear motion to rotary motion and the reverse with 70% efficiency. The exterior surface of the dental mold is machined to a hardness of 250HV or more and treated with mirror surface finishing, providing extremely smooth operation and high abrasion resistance in combination with change nuts. It features a 45 degree lead angle not readily available from machining. It is ideal for applications requiring a fast feed mechanism with low speed rotation due to the large lead.
